When I first started my fitness journey I was anything but the picture of health. I was in my 60's, very overweight and unhealthy. I soon realized it was because of the way I was eating, drinking sodas, and a lack of physical activity in my daily routine.
Once I decided that enough was enough and to do something about it, my whole life changed!
I was introduced to a local personal trainer, which to this day I am grateful for. Over my time with this trainer I lost 86 pounds and was able to eliminate my need for medications for pain, hypertension and depression.
Today, at nearly 70, I'm extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to help others reach their goals with the help of 2 additional fulltime certified personal trainers.

Hello I'm AJ, my health and fitness journey started when I was over 300 pounds and decided that I needed to make a change. After losing 100 pounds and seeing what's possible with a training and nutrition regimen I knew I wanted to help others with their own fitness.
I gained years of experience playing sports in High School and College and as a coach after High School, I also spent a year being mentored by a Certified Personal Trainer before earning my own Certification as a Personal Trainer about 3 years ago. I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach and Strength & Conditioning Coach.

My name is Trey Hageman and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. My passion for health and fitness started with my love of sports. I began playing football, baseball, and wrestling all by the age of 6. By the time I was going into High School I knew I wanted to excel at sports so I began working out regularly and started to see the changes in myself.
In the winter of 2017 was when my twin sister, mom and I began seeing a personal trainer to help us pursue the goals we had for ourselves. My sister and I both wanted to get in better shape to go on to play collegiate sports and my mom just wanted to feel more confident and comfortable in her body. After 7 months my sister and I had moved on to College and were playing our sports, and my mom was down 65lbs and feeling great!
Since then I've continued my fitness journey and want to help others accomplish feats that they have set for themselves.
I been fortunate enough to get to see some of the great changes in people since becoming a part of Mindt-Conditioning and I can't wait to see what's yet to come.

Dakayla
Hey! My name is Dakayla, and I've been a trainer for about five years now. I grew up in Alaska and found a love for movement from an early age in the outdoors. Fast forward to now and I've done quite a bit over the years-- yoga, volleyball, powerlifting, rowing gyms, swimming, and track and field (ok- just the field part). I was on the track team for my hometown college as a shotput and discus thrower, so a lot of my training ended up being powerlifting. I got a lot stronger quickly, and I was hooked! I know the gym can feel like an intimidating place for a lot of us, and I want to help you break that barrier. My main goal as a trainer is to encourage my clients to find the same joy and confidence in movement that I have over the years. I like to focus my clients on strength training for the myriad of physical benefits it provides, as well as the mental benefits; there is a lot to be said about feeling strong and secure in your own body! I'm very comfortable working with all ages and skill levels, and view health and nutrition holistically.
